Payment & Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is payable to confirm your booking. Full payment can be made by electronic transfer, credit and debit card or cash. A copy will be taken of your ID/Passport/License.
100% refund for cancellations 72 hours and more prior to arrival.
Breakages & Losses
Whilst all efforts have been made with regards to your security and safety, the owners are not liable for any losses, damages or injury of any nature by guests or their property on the premises. Please take care with valuable items in your cottage and do not leave any valuable items in your car.
Smoking & Pets
We regret that no pets are allowed in the cottages but we’ll be happy to refer him/her to the closest pet hostal.

I must say that A1 Guesthouse surley improved since I visited in 2019! WOW I was impressed! Decent living area and rooms for only R450.00 per unit per night – sharing 4 – Not bad at all!
